Honestly not that impressive =)

1. Robbery (2024), IMDB = 6.3.

It’ll do for once. The denouement wasn’t so much unexpected as it was sura. Maybe I’ll revisit it at some point in the future, but I highly doubt it. The plot involves a retired detective who left on his own accord, but now has a chance to return in triumph.

2. How to Crack the Exam (2024), moviepix = 7.5

I haven’t seen the original, but I don’t think it’s much different. Some teenage movie on the theme of maximalism in the field of education. The main character is a schoolgirl with unique mental abilities, which help her get into an elite school and quickly make friends with the local golden youth. Soon her intelligence begins to help monetize herself, she and her team come up with unique schemes to pass exams of any complexity, circling around all the teachers, but the stakes are growing and so are the risks….

3. Caddo Lake (2024), movie score = 6.9.

Seeing in the recommendations of this movie series darkness, immediately wary, but decided that hardly the same format, in the end I was wrong. In general, you have to watch very carefully to appreciate what is happening and the climax, I’m not a fan of this format, I did not go. In the story, a girl goes missing in the city on the local rivers. The search is unsuccessful, but there is a hunch that her disappearance may be related to the disappearances of other people, which was years earlier.

4. Brothers (2024), movie score = 5.6

I came across this movie by chance and never laughed once. The plot is interesting in places, but the actors do not look harmonious, humor does not cause a smile, in general very passable film. In the center of events brothers who used to be engaged in theft, then one sat down, the second became a decent family man. As a result, the first one got out of prison and asks for help from the second, to go with him on the last case, connected with the distant past, when they were abandoned by their mother.

5. Succubus (2024), moviepocalypse = 5.5

Horror of modern format, where the interaction of the heroes takes place through video calls. The protagonist gets acquainted with a nice girl who immediately frightens with an intriguing introduction, but in the course of the conversation it comes down to the fact that she is not a fake. Soon a suspicious professor appears on the horizon, who assures that their communication must be urgently stopped, otherwise terrible consequences await him …
