Journalist Justin Camp lives a quiet and measured life with his pregnant wife who is expecting their first child. He receives a notification that he has been placed on the jury list. He didn’t want to participate because his wife is about to give birth, but he is selected anyway.

A year ago, the defendant was vacationing in a bar with his girlfriend. They had a big fight and soon her body was found near the road. The guy had a previous conviction and the prosecutor has no doubt that he was the one who committed the murder.

As soon as the details were announced, Justin realized that he was facing the sentencing of an innocent man, because he was the one driving the car that hit the victim that night.

The lawyer is trying to get the truth to the jury, but it is unlikely that Justin will allow it, because if the investigation continues, they may come out on him.

The movie was directed by Clint Eastwood. The main roles were played by: Nicholas Holt, Zoey Deutch, Toni Collette, J.K. Simmons, Kiefer Sutherland and others.

One day he was contacted by an informant who could expose all the criminal schemes of a powerful tycoon. His superiors refused him a business trip and ordered him to stay out of it, but John disobeyed and flew to the meeting.

Fate brings him back together with Joey, who after their separation married Kwan. The heroes find themselves in a predicament from which they have to find a way out.

The hero decides to make up for lost time and get to know them better, as well as redeem himself. However, the criminal world does not intend to let him go so easily.
